This adversary proceeding presents an issue under the federal common law of *283collateral estoppel. The Defendants are the Chapter 7 Debtors, Jacqueline Harris and Robert Harris. The Plaintiff, Allstate Insurance Company, claims that the Har-rises owe Allstate over $81,000 due to alleged insurance fraud, and that this debt is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2) and 523(a)(6).
