This adversary proceeding arises out of the participation' of the Defendants in an investor program run by Plaintiff/Debtor Ralph Roberts, Realty, LLC (“Realty”) (the “Investor Program”). The Defendants are Jon Savoy; Arnold Hassig, a.k.a.
