Plaintiffs-appellants A. Johnson & Co., Inc. and its subsidiary, A. Johnson Energy Marketing, Inc. (together, “Johnson”) brought this diversity action seeking a declaration of rights under comprehensive general liability insurance policies provided by the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company (“Aetna”) to Johnson’s corporate predecessors, 1 Atlantic Terminal Corporation (“Atlantic”) and Titan Petroleum Company, Inc.
