Error to the Common Pleas of Clarion county. This was an ejectment for 3§'0 acres of land, brought by James Downing and others agains't George Kribbs and others. In 1801, or 1802, a man by the name of Samuel Parker commenced an improvement on the land in dispute. He deadened some trees and commenced the building of a cabin, but had no residence or cultivation on the land.
