The parties to this suit are owners of adjoining properties in New Hope Borough, Bucks County. A short time before the bringing of this ejectment, the defendant learned that the calls in his deed did not include a triangular strip extending about thirty-five feet along the rear of the lot and being seven feet wide at one end and tapering down to a point, which was within his fence line.
