Appellants, Elliot and Darlene Janos, appeal the Medina County Court of Common Pleas’ grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee, Norman Murduck.

Elliot and Darlene Janos desired to obtain new windows for their home. They came upon a business known as Berea Pre-Hung Door. The Janoses dealt with its owner Norman Murduck, his then wife Susan, and Glenn Murduck, their son.
