Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hayes, J.), rendered April 4, 1984, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, attempted rape in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.
