— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Baker, J.), rendered July 1, 1986, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts), petit larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial *704of those branches of the defendant’s omnibus motion which were to suppress physical evidence, his statements to the police, and pretrial and in-court identification testimony.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
