MURPHY, Chief Judge.

In the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, a jury (Hon. J. Norris Byrnes, presiding) convicted Orlandus E. Giddens, appellant, of “depraved heart” second degree murder and child abuse. The conflicting evidence presented to the jury was sufficient to establish that appellant committed those offenses against his infant daughter, Sianii Giddens.
