State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company has filed a motion to dismiss appellant’s appeal. This is the Court’s decision on that motion.

This case arises out of an automobile accident which occurred near Newark, Delaware on December 11, 1989. Appellant, New Hampshire Insurance Company (“New Hampshire”), insured the driver allegedly responsible for the accident, Thomas MacMas-ter. Appellee, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”), insured the injured driver, Arthur Doakes. State Farm made payments to cover Mr. Doakes’ medical expenses and lost…
