Plaintiff Stallcup appeals from the order of the trial court granting summary judgment for defendants Ira J. Duncan and Allstate Insurance Company. Plaintiff sustained personal injuries in a collision of his three-wheel cycle with defendant Duncan’s four-wheel dune buggy, and filed a complaint for damages against defendants. Process was served on Allstate Insurance Company (hereinafter Allstate) pursuant to T.C.A. § 56-7-1206, because Duncan was uninsured.
