This is an appeal by defendant from a judgment entered on a verdict in favor of plaintiff. The action was one to re cover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff as a result of alleged negligence of the defendant in driving an automobile into and against her at a street intersection in Butte. Defendant contends that the evidence submitted by plaintiff was insufficient to justify submission of the case to the jury and to sustain the verdict and judgment.
