This matter captioned Mawson and Mawson v. Richard Ruhl, presents in the liquidation of Reliance Insurance Company as an action seeking clarification of the proof of claim process. The focus is on the filing of a proof of claim, and as so frequently occurs, that single act, has given rise to a plethora of issues.
