Appellant, Robert Córtese, appeals an order of the Saline Circuit Court granting summary judgment in this asbestos products liability case. The summary judgment was granted on the basis that the three-year statute of limitations had expired when appellant filed his complaint. The order appealed to this court granted summary judgment to less than all the defendants without making an express determination there was no just reason for delay and directing the entry of a final judgment.
