D.H. Overmyer Co., Inc. (Texas) (“DHO Texas”) and D.H. Overmyer Co., Inc. (Ohio) (“DHO Ohio”) (hereinafter collectively the “Consolidated Debtors”) appeal from a judgment and order of Bankruptcy Judge Joel Lewittes terminating their leasehold and charging them, inter alia, with the costs of effecting repairs to the leased property, interest on late rent payments and appellees’ costs and attorneys’ fees. 1
