MORRIS, Chief Judge.
The trial court allowed William F. Dowdy, a special agent with the S.B.I. to testify for plaintiff at defendant’s trial. Dowdy’s testimony consisted of his recapitulation of incriminating statements made to him by defendants Oliff and Saul some time subsequent to the murder. These statements concerned the solicitation and formation of the conspiracy to murder the testatrix and the events surrounding the perpetration of the murder.
