MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

JOYNER, District Judge.

This matter involves a motion by defendants to dismiss or, in the alternative, for summary judgment to dismiss all counts of plaintiffs complaint. The pertinent facts are as follows. Plaintiff, a New Jersey resident, is a former employee of Penn-Del Directory Corporation (“PDD”), which is located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
