The above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the undersigned on the 19th day of May, 1994, on a motion by Thomas Miller (“trastee”), Timothy Moratzka (“Mor-atzka”) and Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association (“Norwest Bank”) (collectively “the Movants”) for summary judgment.
