Louis Jordano, Jr. and his liability insurer, United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, have appealed from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $125,000 and in favor of the intervenor, Phoenix of Hartford Insurance Company (workmen’s compensation insurer of Louis Jordano, Jr., doing business as Jordano Construction Company), for workmen’s compensation benefits it paid and continues to pay to the plaintiff.
