The plaintiff, Corporate Systems Resources, alleges in this breach of contract suit that it is owed approximately $160,000 under a subcontract with Defendant LTK Consulting Services Inc. (“Defendant LTK”), which served as the “prime” contractor for Defendant Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (“Defendant WMATA”).
