This is a bill seeking specific performance of a contract for the sale of a parcel of real estate. The bill alleges that the plaintiff entered into an agreement with the defendant on April 27,1946, by which, for the sum of $9,500, the plaintiff agreed to buy and the defendant agreed to sell a parcel of land with the buildings thereon at 247 Savin Hill Avenue in that part of Boston called Dorchester.
