This is a proceeding by Roy Holman, acting through his guardian ad litem, to revoke the probate of the will of his father, John W. Holman, deceased. The probate was sustained by William M. Cake, County Judge, but set aside on appeal to the circuit court, where the judgment was rendered by Judges Sears and Frazer, Judge George dissenting.
