We shall discuss and determine the issues in the order hereinbefore set forth.

Was the will legally executed P It appears from the testimony that Pickett for some years prior to the 22d day of April, 1902, *133the day on which the will was executed, had been afflicted with an arterial disease, technically known as arterio sclerosis, from the effects of which he had become almost, if not entirely, blind .at the time the will was executed, and had become afflicted with an impediment in his speech.
