The record contains evidence tending to show the following facts:
The collision occurred at the intersection of Jasper road and the right of way of the railroad. West boulevard intersects Jasper road a short distance west of the crossing, and terminates at that point, so that traffic from West boulevard moving eastward crosses the railroad tracks via Jasper road. The tracks of the railroad at this point extend towards the city of Cleveland in a northeasterly direction, and Jasper road runs east and west, forming a diagonal with the railway tracks.
