The plaintiff, Donna Byrnes (“Byrnes”), brings this action against the individual members of the Worcester School Committee (“Committee”); Deirdre Loughlin (“Loughlin”), the Interim Superintendent of the Worcester School System (“school system”); and the City of Worcester (collectively, “defendants”). Byrnes’ claims arise out of her termination from a Moderate Special Needs Teacher position with the school system.
