The plaintiff, Donna Bymes (“Bymes”), filed this action in Superior Court against the individual members of the Worcester School Committee; Deirdre Loughlin (“Loughlin”), Interim Superintendent of the Worcester School System; and the City of Worcester (collectively, “the defendants”).
