Fiatallis North America, Inc. appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Brodrick, J.) in favor of David W. Hill following a trial without a jury on Fiatallis’s complaint seeking a judgment against Hill as guarantor of a secured promissory note executed by Eastern Tractor and Equipment Company (Eastern Tractor) in favor of Fiatallis. Fiatallis does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence to support the trial court’s decision.
