BUTZNER, Circuit Judge:
Communications Satellite Corporation (Comsat), claiming trade name infringement, trademark infringement, and deceptive trade practices, brought this action against Comeet, Inc., to enjoin it from using Comcet as a trade name and trademark. 1 The district judge found that Comsat’s services and Comcet’s products are dissimilar and noncompetitive; that expansion leading to future competition is improbable; that the parties’ customers are highly sophisticated and knowledgeable; and that “there is virtually no likelihood of confusion in the minds of investors.” Primarily…
