This appeal arises from the inter partes review (“IPR”) of U.S. Patent No. 7,712,-683 (“'683 patent”) owned by Prolitec, Inc. The United States Patent and Trademark Office, Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“Board”) concluded that both of the claims in the '683 patent were unpatentable as anticipated under 35 U.S.C. § 102 alone and additionally as obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103.
