The plaintiffs, Pierce Downer’s Heritage Alliance, John Banaszak, Wayne Lela, and Albert Rouffa (collectively, Alliance), appeal from the November 7, 1997, order of the circuit court of Du Page County dismissing their complaint seeking an order of mandamus.
