Memorándum. — Error from Labette district court; J. D. McCue, judge. Action to recover damages for the wrongful taking and detention of personal property, by Elizabeth E. Willey against W. P. Wilson, as sheriff, and the First National bank of Oswego, Kas. Plaintiff had judgment, and defendants bring the case to this court.
