This was an action brought by F. M. Hubble, plaintiff in the court below, against the board of county commissioners of Washita county, to recover the sum of $5,100, as the owner and holder of a number of county warrants issued by said county, in favor ■of various parties, and afterwards purchased by the plaintiff.
