CRAWFORD, Judge:
Appellant was tried by general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members at Fort Gordon, Georgia. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of premeditated murder, in violation of Article 118, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 918. The court members sentenced appellant to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for life, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
