OPINION OF THE COURT

SNYDER, Judge:

Tried by a general court-martial which included enlisted members, appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of one specification of four distributions of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD)1, in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, UCMJ (10 U.S.C. § 912a). He was found not guilty of the wrongful use of LSD. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, 3 years confinement, total forfeitures, and reduction to E-l.
