1Opinion of the CourtEdmonds, P. J.

Plaintiffs 1 appeal from the grant of an ORCP 60 motion for a directed verdict in favor of the county at the close of plaintiffs’ case-in-chief. Plaintiffs seek reversal of the judgment of dismissal of their action that followed and a remand for a new trial on their negligence and negligent misrepresentation claims against the county. We view the evidence in the light most favorable to plaintiffs, giving them the benefit of every favorable inference that may be drawn from the evidence. Shockey v.
