— Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Felice Shea, J.), rendered March 28, 1988, by which defendant was convicted, after a jury trial, of bribery in the third degree and sentenced to a term of 3 to 6 years in prison, unanimously reversed, on the law, the facts and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and the matter is remanded for a new trial.
