—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (James Yates, J.), rendered December 2, 1999, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of conspiracy in the second degree and attempted kidnaping in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of from 8 to 16 years, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the matter remanded for a new trial.
