These cases present the same questions for determination, and will be disposed of in one opinion.
On the second of October two certificates of nominations by individuals of candidates to be voted for at the next general election were filed with the secretary of state, one being designated “Business” and the other “Anti-Guggenheim,” as the names selected by the signers of such certificates for the respective nominations.
