A military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of use and possession of marijuana (two specifications and one specification, respectively), possession of 117 tablets of methandienone, 1 carrying a concealed weapon, and possessing drug paraphernalia in an exclusive federal jurisdiction area with intent to process, prepare, package, or store a controlled substance, in violation of Articles 112a and 134, 10 U.S.C. §§ 912a and 934 [hereinafter UCMJ]. 2 The military judge sentenced appellant to a…
