In this long-running case, Shlomo Leibo-vitch and several of his family members (“Plaintiffs”) seek to recover for injuries they suffered as a result of an act of terrorism committed in Israel with the support of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Iranian Ministry of Information (“Defendants”).
