MEMORANDUM OPINION

RANDALL L. DUNN, Bankruptcy Judge.

In this case, the parties seek a determination as to whether the debtors’ unborn child is a member of their household. Resolution of this issue bears directly on the duration of the debtors’ plan in chapter 13, as the size of their household in relation to their combined income determines whether the debtors’ family income is above or below the median for purposes of establishing the “applicable commitment period” for plan payments under the Bankruptcy Code.
