OPINION

TIPTON, Judge.

The defendant, William P. Moore, Jr., appeals as of right from an order entered by the Criminal Court for Davidson County requiring him to pay restitution in the amount of twelve thousand dollars. The order resulted from his conviction for concealing stolen property over two hundred dollars in value for which he was granted three years probation after serving sixteen days of continuous confinement.
