The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court. On the 26th day of January, 1937, Mrs.Minnie L. Calloway filed her complaint in forcible entry and detainer against Orin Sparks, Gene Sparks, and Forest Sparks to recover possession of a quarter section of land in Stephens county which was occupied by the said Sparks under an oral lease up to and including the 1st day of January, 1937. The defendants produced no testimony, although represented at the trial by counsel. Judgment was for the plaintiff in the justice of the peace court, and on appeal to the district court…
