Mike Kirkeberg brought claims pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213, and the Minnesota Human Rights Act (“MHRA”), Minn.Stat. §§ 363A.01-.41, alleging that his employer, Canadian Pacific Railway (“Canadian Pacific”), discriminated against him on the basis of his disabilities and retaliated against him for engaging in protected activity.
