This suit involves an age discrimination claim brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. Contract claims arising under state law have been brought as well. The plaintiff in this case, A. Lawrence Farr, claims that he was constructively discharged on account of his age. Defendants Continental White Cap, Inc., Continental Can Co., Inc., and Continental Group, Inc. (collectively “White Cap”) have moved for summary judgment.
