Appellant, Ronnie Reed, was convicted of delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine) and sentenced, as a habitual offender, to one hundred (100) years imprisonment. This appeal followed. Our jurisdiction is proper pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 29(l)(b).
On appeal, appellant asserts two points of error. The first point of error appellant asserts is that the trial court erred in denying appellant’s motion for sanctions for the state’s failure to provide discovery with respect to the confidential informant.
