{¶ 1} Respondent, David Charles Eisler of Seattle, Washington, Attorney Registration No. 0020362, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1980.

{¶ 2} On September 11, 2013, a probable-cause panel of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline1 certified to the board a single-count complaint filed against Eisler by relator, disciplinary counsel.
