Defendant was convicted of two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sodomy, and one count each of strangulation and fourth-degree assault. On appeal, he argues that he was unlawfully denied the right to present material evidence, namely, information regarding internet searches made by the complaining witness, J.
