ORDER
BOWEN, District Judge.
Before this Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the Complaint in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff Bruce Powell, Sr., alleges that the substantive and procedural due process rights of his infant son, Bruce Powell, Jr., were violated by Defendants’ deliberate indifference toward the baby’s safety when Defendants- had reasonable cause to believe the baby was the victim of abuse.
