On April 30, 2015, Green Tree Sérvicing, LLC, filed a notice of removal from the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. (ECF No. 1). It styled the action as Rosa Maria Reyes v. Green Tree Servicing, LLC, and explained in a footnote that foreclosure proceedings were initiated against Ms. Reyes, in which a final order of ratification was entered.
